* We will make every attempt to work with you regarding payment of your bill.
* If you have questions regarding your bill, please call the office.
* Please check with your insurance before scheduling an appointment to determine if we are contracted with your insurance plan.
* If Dr. O'Shields is not the PCP (Primary Care Provider) on your insurance card, and if your plan requires a PCP, please call the insurance company in advance to change your PCP to Dr. O'Shields.
* If your child is sick and needs to be seen in the office immediately, but Dr. O'Shields is not the PCP on your card, please call or stop by. Occasionally some insurance companies will allow us to see your child and change the PCP on an urgent basis.
* Occasionally your insurance plan will not cover all of our services and will require that you pay the remainder of the fee. In these cases, you will receive a bill for the balance of the fee.
* If you do not have insurance please call the office regarding our fees.
* If for any reason you are unable to pay your bill or if you would prefer to arrange a payment plan, please discuss this with Allison. She will be happy to make appropriate arrangements with you.
